HVAC FACILITY MAINTENANCE
Metro Services, Incorporated believes that spending a small amount on preventative maintenance for your HVAC equipment will save you money in the long run. While preventative maintenance does not guarantee against future equipment failure, most of the problems we encounter on service calls can be avoided with a regular preventative maintenance program. That is why we offer our HVAC Preventative Maintenance Program. Our Preventative Maintenance Program helps keep your HVAC equipment in the best working condition year-round for a small annual fee. A Metro Services, Incorporated technician will come to your building and perform a "clean and check" service on your HVAC equipment.
This service includes but is not limited to:

- Clean and lubricate all moving parts.
- Check safety controls, starting capabilities, thermostat calibration, and operation pressures.
- Replace air filters.
- Check all electrical components.

- Check for proper temperature.
- Check gas line, fan, heat exchanger and burner operation.
- Check for carbon monoxide leakage.

- Start furnace
- Lubricate all moving parts where necessary.
- Check burner operation, clean, if necessary.

- Check heat exchanger and clean, if necessary.

Pet Food Industry Overall Dimensions 44" W x 87" H x 35' L Structural Steel Framework Construction with Carbon Steel Double Wall Insulated Panels Conveying System Utilizes a 36" Belt and One Inverter to Provide for Variable Speed Operation Cools Approximately 2,000 Lbs. of Product Per Hour, from 210° F to a Temperature No Cooler than 75° F, with the Conveyor Belt Being Set at a Travel Speed of 20 Feet Per Minute
