THE ECLIPSE COMBUSTION MULTI-FLAME

The Eclipse Combustion Multi-Flame controls the start-up sequence and monitors the flame of up to 20 gas, oil or combination gas/oil burners connected to a common valve train.

THE ECLIPSE COMBUSTION VERI-FLAME

The Eclipse Combustion Veri-Flame single burner monitoring system controls the start-up sequence and monitors the flame of single gas, oil or combination gas/oil burners. There are three different models to the Veri-Flame Line:

Purge
Modulation
Each model features field selectable trial for ignition (TFI). Each model is also available for use with four types of flame sensor:
Ultraviolet (UV)
Self-check UV
Infrared (IR) and Solid State UV/IR

Required for automatic lighted installations. System "latches out" after failure to light within ignition trial time and cannot attempt restart until switch is manually reset.
Standard ignition trial time is 15 seconds. Also available in 10-second and 5-second trial time.

Load relay - included for all multi-burner models

Timofier model plugin, fixed time assembly.
The timofier provides purge time and ignition trial time. The ignition trial time is deducted from the motor time cycle (1/2, 1, 1-1/4, 2, 3, 4, and 6 minutes available for manual and automatic models; 10 minutes for manual model only) to purge the time.

Standard ignition trial time is 15 seconds. Also available in 10-second and 5-second trial time.
Specify both purge and ignition times.
Purge time shall allow system to have a minimum of four fresh air changes.

ESTRO MICROPROCESSOR FLAME SUPERVISOR

The ESTRO flame relays are innovative microprocessor based flame control relay for single burners units. They provide complete automation on the ignition and flame control of burner systems. They can be interfaced via a current loop to a computer or a PLC.

MICROSCAN MICROPROCESSOR COMPACT CONTROL SYSTEM The MICROSCAN is a very compact PLC for the supervision and memorization of operation and safety switches of combustion equipment. They provide the usual functions: Alarm bypass / Alarm silence / Reset / Lamp test.

SENS-A-FLAME

The Sens-A-Flame is an electronic flame monitoring device that offers continuous surveillance of flames, detects the flame out, triggers a warning and shuts down the entire combustion system. It is designed for use with single or multiple burner installations. It includes many built-in features, solid state components for long life and plug-in modules for easy maintenance. They use ultraviolet or flame rod detectors.

ULTAVIOLET SCANNER The Pyronics UV Scanners are compact, reliable sensing units designed for use with the Sens-A-Flame. They are easy to install. They are built in weather resistant cast Aluminum enclosure.
