Process heating equipment has a mind of its own as to when and when it will not operate. MSI field service technicians understand this and have serviced all major brands of process heating equipment as well as their respective control systems.

Our technicians are on call 24/7/365 to meet your production needs. MSI technicians receive monthly training with a focus on energy reduction strategies. MSI field service technicians have provided service in countries as far away as China and Israel.

REPAIRS & TROUBLESHOOTING

The Metro Service Center can dispatch a certified service technician to your site to troubleshoot and repair your process heating equipment. All repairs are backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty and most replacement parts are backed by a 12-month warranty.

Combustion Audits

Our services technicians are trained in the use of Process Heating Assessment and Survey Tool (PHAST) software. Using PHAST in combination with other tools and methodologies, they are able to evaluate your process heating equipment to identify opportunities for more efficient use of fuel and combustion emissions. Recommendations are backed with statistical data/documentation to help you prioritize areas for combustion optimization and improvement.

CCTV Furnace Inspections

Using a CCTV Furnace Monitoring system, services technicians are able to inspect the interior of your furnace while it is in operation. Exhaust stacks, burners, Interior surfaces, recuperators, regenerators, and checker brick are inspected for irregularities. Flame characteristics are analyzed to determine if adjustments are necessary to optimize performance. All inspection results and recommendations are documented to help you prioritize areas for improvement.

Project Management

The Metro Service project Manager will work with you to minimize the impact on operations for the duration of the project enabling you to focus on your business operations.
