Air Heating

AH-MA v2.10 air heat burner ECLIPSE:

AH-MA v2.10 air heat burner

The AH-MA v2.10 air heat burners produce a uniform, odorless, and smokeless flame ideal for heating fresh air in make-up and process air heating applications. The AH-MA design provides stable operation over a wide range of velocities, inputs and fuels.

The available aluminum burner body option reduces weight and provides corrosion resistance formerly achieved only with specially plated cast iron burner bodies. New low pressure versions require only a 5.5" w.c. deltaP natural gas at 800,000 Btu/hr./ft., making these systems ideally suited for use with the Maxitrol Selectra control valve.

AH-MA v2.10 burners are line burners constructed of cast iron or aluminum burner bodies and diverging stainless steel air wings.

The burner bodies supply fuel to the center of the air wings to control the air and fuel mixture inside the burner and to optimize emissions and efficiency.

Completely corrosion resistant design options are available using aluminum burner bodies or electroless nickel plated cast iron burner bodies.

The AH-MA v2.10 Air Heat burner is assembled from straight sections, tees, and crosses to produce nearly any configuration required. Large burners can be built as a combination of staged, individually controlled sections to increase turndown.

Eclipse Minnox Burner

Eclipse Minnox BurnerThe Eclipse Minnox burner utilizes a premixed gas/air mixture with excess air; the resulting low flame temperature of 1200ºC (2200ºF) produces extremely low NOx discharge from the burner head. A modular designed gas/air mixer is adapted to the burner manifold in various configurations.

The flame is protected by a stainless steel shroud which insures good combustion without being influenced by process air. Burner capacities are available from 125 to 4000 kW (430,000 to 13.6 million Btu/hr.); higher capacities can be designed for special applications.

Minnox exceeds all state, regional, national and international emission standards for NOx and CO.

Eclipse Vortometeric v2.00Eclipse Vortometeric v2.00

The Eclipse Vortometric v2.00 is a dual-fuel, high intensity burner which operates at maximum efficiency whether firing fuel oils or natural, propane, butane, manufactured or other mixed gases.

The high combustion air swirl rate produced by the Vortometric burner results in a stable flame with high turndown capabilities on a wide range of fuels. The burner can be operated with low excess air where maximum efficiency is required or high excess air for high volume process air heating.

The intense and thorough mixing of the air and gas results in low NOx and CO emissions. The novel design of the oil atomizer uses shear forces and acoustical energy created by a "vortex generator" to vaporize the fuel for clean, smoke-free combustion.

Vortometric v2.00 burners are available with capacities of 6mmBtu/hr.to 210mmBtu/hr. Low combustion air pressure is used (7.5"w.c.)with all sizes and atomization of the fuel oil can be by steam, air, or any gaseous fuel.
